GHK-Cu is a copper-bound tripeptide studied in connective-tissue models. BPC-157 contains 15 amino acids and has been examined in rat tendon cells for effects on cell movement and signaling. KPV is the sequence Lys-Pro-Val. Experiments in intestinal and immune cells have examined its uptake through the PepT1 transporter and its effects on inflammatory signaling.
