How do I find the batch report for a product?
Before you order, open the lab test link on the product page to view the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the lot currently being sold. Once you have your bottle, scan its QR code with your phone to view the COA for that vial’s lot. The lot number is also printed on the bottle.
What is included with a vial?
Each listing shows amount per vial, physical form, and price before cart. Multi-vial totals update on the product page. Diluent and laboratory supplies are not included unless listed as their own product.
When do orders ship?
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment and research-use acceptance. Free ground shipping on all orders through October 15. Contiguous U.S. only U.S. shipping only.
