All sales are final

Buyer-initiated returns are not accepted. Change of mind, ordering errors, and post-delivery handling issues do not qualify for a refund under this policy.

Seller cancellation

If we cancel a line because shipment to the destination is restricted, we notify you and refund amounts already captured for the cancelled lines (see Shipping → Restricted destinations)

What this covers

This policy applies to all storefront orders of research materials, including:

• Ordering errors by the buyer
• Change of mind
• Improper handling, storage, or misuse after delivery
• Products that have been opened or used

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
