Verification

We verify research-use intent through the on-site gate, checkout acceptance checkboxes, and account or order records. We may request institutional details or refuse fulfillment when use appears prohibited.

Buyer responsibility

Indemnity

Governing law follows the seller legal entity once published. Until then, these terms still bind site use and orders accepted through the storefront.
