Access and purchase are limited to adults 21 years of age or older who confirm a legitimate laboratory research purpose.

Permitted purpose

Products are offered strictly for lawful laboratory research, analytical, and development purposes by qualified adults.

Prohibited use

Products are not for personal use, compounding into a drug or cosmetic for use on people or animals, diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, or any use represented as medical or veterinary care.

What is not included

Compounds are sold individually. Orders do not include diluent, syringes, or other research supplies unless a separate SKU is listed and purchased. Most materials ship lyophilized and require reconstitution with a suitable diluent under the buyer's own research protocol. Mojave Formulas does not provide dosing or administration guidance.

Verification

We verify research-use intent through the on-site gate, checkout acceptance checkboxes, and account or order records. We may request institutional details or refuse fulfillment when use appears prohibited.

Buyer responsibility

You are responsible for lawful purchase, import, handling, storage, documentation, and disposal under your jurisdiction and approved research protocol.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Mojave Formulas harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your handling or use of products in ways that violate these terms or applicable law.
