Research-only catalog
Product pages describe laboratory research materials. Nothing on the site is medical advice, dosing guidance, or a therapeutic claim. Separate research-use terms also apply at checkout.
Accounts
You are responsible for account credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or prohibited product use.
Order acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order for inventory, pricing, shipping, fraud, or compliance reasons. If we cancel after payment, we refund the cancelled amount.
Pricing errors
If a price or promotion is listed incorrectly, we may cancel the affected line and notify you. We are not required to fulfill an order at an obvious pricing error.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and product imagery belong to Mojave Formulas or its licensors. You may not copy the catalog for resale or scrape the site in bulk without written permission.
Disclaimers
The site and products are provided on an as-available basis for lawful research use. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where a written COA or invoice states otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mojave Formulas is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from site use or product purchase. Total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
Governing law and venue follow the seller legal entity jurisdiction once that entity is published on this site. Until then, disputes are handled in good faith through cs@mojaveformulas.com.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after a post means you accept the updated terms for later visits and orders.
