Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses still use the standing U.S. ground rate: free at $275 product subtotal after eligible discounts, otherwise $9.50.

Eligibility is determined at checkout. A missing or unrecognized state is not treated as free ground shipping. U.S. shipping only. International shipping is not offered. Discounts, including rep and referral discounts, do not add a ground charge on an eligible contiguous U.S. address during this offer.

Processing is the time before handoff to the carrier. It is not a delivery promise by itself.

Carriers and transit

Domestic shipments move with a major national parcel carrier such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. After handoff, transit inside the contiguous U.S. is commonly 2 to 7 business days depending on destination, package weight, and the service level selected for the shipment. Processing days are not included in that transit range.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when the label is created. Tracking updates come from the carrier after the first scan.

Temperature

Vials ship as packaged research materials. We do not claim a validated cold chain for every lane. If a protocol requires controlled-temperature shipping, note that in the order comments before payment so operations can confirm what is available.
