Carriers and transit
Domestic shipments move with a major national parcel carrier such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Standard ground transit inside the contiguous U.S. is commonly 2 to 7 business days after handoff to the carrier. Service level depends on destination and package weight.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when the label is created. Tracking updates come from the carrier after the first scan.
Temperature
Vials ship as packaged research materials. We do not claim a validated cold chain for every lane. If a protocol requires controlled-temperature shipping, note that in the order comments before payment so operations can confirm what is available.

Restricted destinations
We may decline or cancel orders to destinations where shipment of the ordered research materials is restricted by carrier rule or law. If that happens, we notify the buyer and refund any amount already captured for the cancelled lines.
