GHRH analog and pentapeptide blend
10 mg · CJC-1295 without DAC 5 mg · Ipamorelin 5 mg

This blend contains CJC-1295 without DAC, a growth hormone-releasing hormone analog, and ipamorelin, a synthetic pentapeptide. Each vial holds 5 mg of each component.
The components relate to two receptor pathways involved in growth hormone release: the GHRH pathway and the growth hormone secretagogue pathway. Ipamorelin has been studied in rat pituitary cells and animal models of hormone secretion. The CJC component has no drug affinity complex, or DAC, the modification used to bind albumin in long-acting CJC-1295.
